Our best of show gluten free gyoza! With pastured pork and organic vegetable filling. Fresh, or frozen, they are lovely steamed. Frozen gyoza, placed immediately over boiling water in the steamer, are ready to eat in 15 minutes.  We serve gyoza with local organic risotto (below) and dipping sauce (below), and a green salad (below).
