Shishito Peppers are mild and simple to prepare. We serve them with a side of risotto and they are very popular. Simply saute in good olive oil over high heat stiring continuously until blistered. Salt with good seas salt and add a squeeze of lemon.  These are late season peppers. Order early, supply is limited.
